Use of web fonts

2 Why we need your personal data

We need your personal data in order to provide the following services:

3 What do we do with it?

In no event are the collected data sold. No third party has access to your data unless this is expressly required by law.

Who receives my data?
Those offices within the company receive access to your data which need them in order to satisfy our contractual and legal obligations.

With regard to the transfer of data to recipients outside of our company, please note that we only transfer the necessary personal data under compliance with the applicable regulations on data protection.

Service providers and agents can receive data for this purpose. They are companies in the categories of IT services, logistics, printing services, telecommunications and advisory. Within the framework of our social engagement, we include various public institutions, such as counselling, vocational schools, professional schools and correctional institutions, etc. in the processing and production of print products.

Additional data recipients can be those recipients for which you have granted us your consent for data transfer or to which we are authorised to transfer data based on a weighing of interests.

Will data be transferred to a third country?

4 How long do we retain data?

In accordance with German legal precedence, we are required to retain your data for various time periods. Your personal data will be erased permanently after the prescribed statutory time period. We retain personal data stored for marketing purposes or for other communication purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive the information.

5 What rights do you have?

If there are no compelling grounds in association with the settlement of transactions, you can withdraw your earlier consent at any time, effective immediately, to store your personal data. In accordance with applicable law, at any time you can enquire of us in writing and at no cost whether and what personal data concerning you is stored by us.

If you should find or suspect that personal data concerning you and retained by us includes false or incomplete data, you can demand to see this information and to have the information rectified or erased. Please contact us in this matter.

We will review your complaint and cooperate with you in order to resolve the matter.

If thereafter you have the impression that your personal data have not been treated in accordance with the law, you can contact the supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Officer for Bavaria, and lodge a complaint there.
